In seeking to be pure light
Do I shut out the dark?

In seeking to be pure love
Do I disconnect from shadow?

In trying to leave the fear of not being perfect
Yet still aiming for perfect wholeness
Do I shame and judge myself?

To accept and embrace all that I am
Light and dark
Love and shadow
The cycles of life
All is what is
And is enough
